Ardern Hills Mid-Century

Our clients love mid-century modern architecture and when they found this spectacular 1960 specimen they were smitten.  Yet for all of its charms the kitchen lacked the charm, thoughtful design, and attention to detail found throughout the rest of the home.  Quite simply, it was a bad aesthetic fit for the home, didn’t function well for our two avid cooks, and was absolutely not the "showpiece" they wanted it to be.  .

However, after lots of hard work, we believe our clients finally have that showpiece kitchen and they absolutely love it.  It’s been very gratifying to see how our efforts as a team have produced a space that both fits seamlessly in their home and serves their everyday needs.  Built by Friberg Industries,  Photos by Troy Thies Photography
