KENWOOD PORCHES

Our clients wanted a place to perch on the second floor of their 1900 home to capture views of downtown Minneapolis.  The third floor served as the client's office and the "cigar porch" was about to remove itself from the home.  An ingenious new product made of ipe allowed us to establish a luxurious deck atop the existing roof.  The second floor walls were reinforced to carry new custom-made brackets under the cigar porch.  The clients can now utilize the entire back of their home for relaxation and entertaining. Oscar the dog approves of the new digs as well .  Built by Friberg Industries
