The owners of this 1930s bungalow really wanted to change their kitchen. The kitchen was tiny and the 70s makeover was inconsistent with the rest of the home. By incorporating an existing unheated porch into the layout we were able to add a breakfast area and a little more elbow room. The kitchen's traditional features (curtained storage under the sink, Hoosier cabinet, window above the sink) were inspired by an often-visited family farm. Built by Ben Quie and Sons
