DIY NETWORK KITCHEN #1

This Kitchen was designed for the DIY Network show Sweat Equity.  The goal of the project was to update the kitchen's look and flow, bring in more light and open it up more to the adjacent rooms.  We chose colors and materials that reinforced the owner's existing earthy aesthetic, added more usable counter space and eliminated the upper cabinets that blocked both light and interaction with the dining and living areas.  The owners dug in and did a great job pulling this all together.  The results speaks for themselves.  Photos by Ehlen Creative
