We've done several renovations for these clients.  In our most recent work, we wanted clean up the rear facades, create a new landscaping/hardscaping plan for the double lot and convert the garage into a home office.  We reconfigured the rear facade to be more sympathetic to the home's pre-existing symmetry.  This also allowed for a larger kitchen table and better circulation within the home. We created a landscaping/hardscaping plan that provided many "outdoor rooms" (fire pit, grill area and outdoor dining area) and added a 25'x40' patio with dramatic stairs and large raised planting bed to establish a new aesthetic for the space between the home and garage.  The garage is currently being renovated.  Built by Dan Hunt Carpentry
